A LITTLE ABOUT ME:

I don't like talking too much about being turned, but it happened during WWII in Lodz, Poland where I grew up as a young girl. My father had found me safe passage to the Ukraine with two men from Warsaw. One of them turned me immortal during our escape.

I've since then received papers to America and I live in Brooklyn where I write a weekly column for a small city paper. I've become an avid reader of Shakespeare and I also enjoy performing at the Brooklyn Community Theater.

I'm not your typical vamp. I'm shy, introverted and not very willing to open up. I'm not very involved with the underground working of vampire social status and rank, so I'm not a very informed person when it comes to answering a lot of questions about our history, traits and social structure.

Even though I've recently been turned, I still feel very attached and close to my former human body and humankind in general. My friends said Lovebitten would be a great place to locate a human who might understand where I'm coming from.

Shakespeare's sonnets. Macbeth. King Lear. And of course, Romeo & Juliet. 20th century poets who killed themselves. Shopping. Reading. Writing. And action movies.
